Horscroft Carne, formerly surveyors and assessors 

 

Until November 2014 Horscroft Carne was a firm of Chartered Surveyors offering all of the traditional surveying services. In 2014 a slow down into retirement proved very attractive for the partners and, as a consequence, the firm no longer provided many of the traditional services associated with Chartered Surveyors.

In March 2017, with senior partners semi retired, the firm deregistered from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (see www.ricsfirms.com) although the partners retained their individual professional qualifications and, until 2020, were still regulated, as individuals, by their respective professional bodies The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

In 2020 the partners retired and the firm, Horscroft Carne, was formally closed.  We offer our best wishes to our former associates and clients.

Horscroft  Carne is now closed and no longer provides Legionella reports or EPCs.
